We are now looking for an Order & Delivery Coordinator for an exciting assignment with our client Telia. They offer a variety of communication services and contribute every day to shaping the digital transformation in the Nordic region. Their products and services play a crucial role in addressing current and future societal and environmental challenges.

Full-time, consulting assignment initially for 6 months, with a possibility of permanent recruitment to Telia thereafter. Start as soon as possible. You will be based at the office located in Umeå.

Your Responsibilities

As an Order & Delivery Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team in Delivery & Billing IoT - Smart Transport, ensuring that Telia's IoT customers are onboarded smoothly, deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and billing works flawlessly. The role involves both operational work and opportunities to develop and improve processes for new products.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate orders in collaboration with colleagues and customers
• Identify and drive improvements in the order flow
• Participate in and sometimes lead projects
• Collaborate with delivery specialists for the implementation of new products
• Create and update procedures

Your Qualities

We are looking for someone who is positive, self-driven, and has a good ability to manage both your time and tasks. You are adaptable, learn quickly, and find it easy to build and maintain good relationships. You work in a structured manner with an eye for detail and do not hesitate to speak up when needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education
• Background in coordination and administration
• Experience in driving projects
• Insight into IoT and Telecommunications
• Ability to communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English
